Junior Achievement Costa Rica (JACR) is a non-governmental organization with over 32 years of experience in Costa Rica. Our organization offers a wide range of educational programs, with more than 25 programs focused on three fundamental pillars: entrepreneurship, employability, and financial education. At JACR, we provide children and young people with the opportunity to explore the business world while gaining practical experience and knowledge.

Our main goals are to inspire youth to imagine a future full of opportunities and to equip them with the necessary skills to succeed in the modern workforce. We focus on three pillars for success: entrepreneurship, financial education, and employability. Through our programs, we aim to inspire young people to discover their entrepreneurial spirit, improve their decision-making skills regarding resource management, and enhance their employability.
