The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) is a Government of Jamaica agency that facilitates trade, protects the country’s borders and collects revenue while providing customer service and working with other border-management partners. Its responsibilities span the movement of goods and passengers, import and export procedures, customs compliance, exemptions, trade agreements, valuation and motor vehicle processing. The agency also provides information on duties, taxes, tariffs and customs requirements for individuals and businesses.

To support these activities, the JCA offers digital tools and services, including the ASYCUDA World customs system, online payments, declaration and bill-of-lading tracking, a duty estimator, an integrated tariff search and the JA Customs Connect mobile app. Users can access forms, submit service requests, book appointments for valuation and verification, and find guidance on passenger declarations, returning residents and business imports and exports. The agency also facilitates online auctions of overtime goods and publishes procedures, notices, trade statistics and release-time information.
