Junior Achievement El Salvador is a non-profit organization and a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide. With over 46 years of existence in El Salvador, our organization has empowered young Salvadorans in various areas. Our programs focus on four main areas: Financial Education, Job Readiness Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Skills.

In terms of Financial Education, we aim to teach the youth how to effectively budget, save, invest, and manage their finances to ensure both current and future well-being. Our Entrepreneurship programs encourage strategic planning, risk-taking, innovation, teamwork, and leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset. We also prioritize Job Readiness Skills, helping young individuals enhance their chances of achieving employment through the development of socio-emotional competencies.

In addition, we offer Digital Skills programs to foster technological competencies and opportunities in key areas. Throughout our years of operation, we have made a significant impact, benefiting numerous individuals across departments, municipalities, and public educational centers. Furthermore, we have recently established the EmpleaTECH Center of Training for Entrepreneurship and Digital Employment with a focus on gender, thanks to the support of Citi Foundation.

We also collaborate with the National Indigenous Coordinating Council of El Salvador to empower women through the Programa Mujer Digital.
