Based near Bad Urach at the foot of the Swabian Alb, the school combines classroom learning with practical instruction in its varied teaching grounds, which include a hunting lodge and open areas for outdoor training. Its courses are supported by experienced instructors, learning materials and a professional network covering hunting, wildlife management and conservation.

The school offers several formats to help students prepare for the hunter’s licence, including weekend and holiday intensive courses. It also provides individual shooting instruction, with a qualified instructor, range fees and insurance included. Other offerings include practical wildlife protection courses, trauma first-aid training for gunshot and stab wounds, and tracking seminars focused on work after a shot, accompanied by professional tracking teams. Day courses provide opportunities to refresh knowledge of hunting law and game meat hygiene, or receive training with participants’ own handguns.
