Jagdschule Seibt

Jägerschule Seibt is a German hunting education provider founded in 1973 by Wildmeister DJV Siegfried Seibt. Described as Germany’s first private hunting school offering full-time instruction, it has trained or further educated more than 80,000 people. Its schools and partner locations provide preparation for the Jägerprüfung, the examination required to obtain a hunting licence, as well as falconry examination training.

Students can choose intensive block courses, weekend courses, modular study, individual instruction or online learning. Courses are offered at locations in Saarland, Lower Saxony and Rhineland-Palatinate, with additional teaching through partner organisations. The school publishes course schedules, examination dates and study materials, and offers a downloadable learning programme featuring official examination questions, practice tests and progress tracking. Its e-learning system supports study online or offline across computers, tablets and phones.

Training is delivered by a team that includes experienced hunters, wildlife biologists, foresters, professional hunters, firearms specialists, dog handlers, conservationists and legal professionals.
