Luis Jaloma is a cultural promoter, arts and culture leader, and writer based in Sonora, Mexico. With more than 20 years of experience in cultural projects, he has promoted local bands through Perro Androide, produced festivals, helped film crews find locations, and discussed cinema on television and radio. He currently serves as Head of Arts and Culture at COBACH Sonora, the largest secondary school network in his home state.
