James May Gallery is an artist-run gallery located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 2015 by Kendra Bulgrin and Jimmy Eddings, the gallery aims to present contemporary works of art and craft. Recently, the gallery has moved to the east side of Milwaukee in spring 2023.

The gallery specializes in showcasing regional and national artists and craftspeople, both emerging and established. Their mission is to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere for first-time art buyers and collectors, helping them expand or begin their art collection. James May Gallery also offers free on-site art consulting services, providing guidance and expertise to visitors.

Kendra Bulgrin, the Director and Curator, brings her passion for art and her extensive experience in the field. She received a BFA with an emphasis in painting and a minor in Japanese Cultural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jimmy Eddings, the Studio Manager, brings his unique perspective influenced by nature and his MFA from the University of Kansas.

With its diverse range of exhibitions, including past shows at prestigious institutions like the Brooks Museum of Art and Beijing Normal University, James May Gallery is a must-visit for art enthusiasts and collectors alike
