James McAulay is an AI growth and product advisor based in London, working with ambitious AI startups and scaleups. An exited founder and former executive at fast-growing technology companies, he founded Encore, a marketplace for booking live musicians. Encore grew to more than 50,000 bookings and $45 million in gross merchandise value before its acquisition by Mixcloud. McAulay later served as Head of Creator Growth at ElevenLabs, helping the company grow from $110 million to $210 million in annual recurring revenue.

His services include growth advising, consulting, speaking, and AI workshops for founders and teams.
