City of Jamestown is a brand that encompasses the local government and services of Jamestown, New York. Led by Mayor Edward A. Sundquist, the brand is dedicated to the efficient functioning of the city and the well-being of its residents.

The Mayor's Office operates the executive branch of city government and oversees the day-to-day operations of all city departments, including the Assessor, Board of Public Utilities, City Clerk, Comptroller, Corporation Counsel, Department of Development, Fire Department, Parks and Recreation, Police Department, Public Works, and Treasurer. The Mayor also drafts and submits an Executive Budget annually to the City Council. Mayor Sundquist, a Jamestown High School graduate and a passionate advocate for education, returned to his hometown to serve the community.
