Dr. Jane Aman is a dedicated educator and community organizer currently running for the Florida House of Representatives in District 37. With extensive experience as a lecturer at the University of Central Florida, she has previously taught English and American literature at prestigious institutions like the University of Florida and Rollins College. Jane's commitment to public service is evident through her active involvement with organizations that support marginalized communities, including her role at the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence in El Paso, Texas.

Her advocacy extends to addressing the pressing issues faced by families in Central Florida, particularly the affordability crisis that impacts education and housing. As a renter herself, Jane is keenly aware of the challenges posed by the ongoing insurance crisis in Florida, which she aims to tackle in Tallahassee. Outside of her professional life, Jane loves exploring nature and supporting the local art scene with her husband and dog. Jane is focused on making a difference in her community and is seeking support to bring her vision to the state capital.
