Janela da Saudade is a Portuguese online obituary and funeral-information service that helps families and communities share notices of loss and remember loved ones. Its listings cover announcements of deaths, expressions of thanks, birthdays, and memorial Masses, including services held on the seventh or thirtieth day and later anniversaries. Visitors can search notices by district and municipality, making it easier to find information relevant to a particular area or parish.

Each notice may include details such as funeral and religious-service dates and times, locations, GPS coordinates, and map links to help people plan their attendance. The site also features recent announcements and guidance through its questions and answers section, alongside terms, contact information, and press resources. Families or representatives can submit an announcement for publication, while readers can browse notices and follow the service on social media.

With a focus on discreet sharing and practical local details, Janela da Saudade provides a centralized way to access Portuguese necrology information and communicate funeral arrangements nationwide
