Jane Wardlaw is a Tasmanian disability advocacy and consultancy practice led by nationally recognised advocate Jane Wardlaw, a trusted voice in Australian disability policy. The practice works with organisations, service providers and government agencies to foster genuine inclusion and improve outcomes for people with disability. Drawing on lived experience, policy expertise and practical knowledge, Jane supports clients to move beyond compliance and make meaningful changes to services, policies and everyday practice.

Consulting services include helping stakeholders build better futures by incorporating lived experience into legislation, policy and practice, and bringing people together to shape preferred outcomes. Jane also helps individuals design support packages and teams that are centred on their needs, guided by their choices and working effectively for them. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic, positive and strengths-based, with a focus on practical solutions and self-determination. Fees are negotiable and provided upon application; a basic service is listed from $170. Jane’s work is focused on making a positive difference for Tasmanians with disability.
