Jardin & Présence

Jardin & Présence provides garden maintenance and small home-repair services in Cholet and nearby areas in western France. With nearly 15 years of experience, the local team includes staff trained in landscape work and brings suitable equipment and techniques to each project. Garden services include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, terrace cleaning, and vegetable-garden sowing, upkeep, and harvest support. Small DIY jobs include home adaptations, window cleaning, and changing light bulbs.

Customers can arrange a one-off service or choose an annual contract, with visits planned across the seasons to keep gardens maintained throughout the year. The service area is centred on Cholet, extending about 20 kilometres into surrounding communities. The process begins with a discussion and home visit, followed by a clear, no-obligation estimate provided within the day. Once approved, work is scheduled to begin within 15 days, with billing at month-end.

Eligible garden-maintenance labour may qualify for a 50% tax credit, subject to current legal limits and eligibility conditions.
