AI Leverage Lab is a practical implementation community for founder-led ecommerce businesses seeking to use AI to improve day-to-day operations. Created by ecommerce operator Jared Latigo, the Lab draws on his experience in marketing, web development, and running a family-owned subscription ecommerce brand. Rather than focusing on AI theory, coding, or complicated bots, it helps members identify repetitive business processes and build useful workflows around them.
Members receive weekly live implementation calls, monthly workflow themes, practical lessons, recordings, templates, standard operating procedure resources, implementation challenges, and feedback from the community. Possible projects include creating a business knowledge system, documenting processes, reviewing weekly performance, repurposing content, organizing customer support insights, and examining inventory or retention. Participants choose a workflow that fits their current needs and build it step by step, using tools suited to their business.
The Lab is intended for ecommerce founders with existing customers or revenue who are ready to implement, not just learn about AI.
