Jasenská Dolina is a year-round recreation destination on the Turiec side of the Veľká Fatra mountains in Slovakia, beneath the northern slopes of Mount Lysec and about 12 kilometres southeast of Martin. The resort is operated by JASED, s. r.
o., which runs the KAŠOVÁ and LEHOTA ski areas. In winter, visitors can enjoy skiing, lift services, ski passes, ski schools and equipment rental. The resort has several ski lifts, including the Enterprise chairlift, and offers evening skiing on selected days.
Conditions permitting, the ski season usually runs from mid-December until late March or mid-April. The valley also provides groomed cross-country ski trails totalling seven kilometres, as well as marked routes for mountain hiking. Summer activities include hiking, cycling and the Jasenská Bike Park, while the area’s attractions include the Rozprávkový les (Fairy-Tale Forest) and Nordic walking routes.
