Meditation with Jashan is the personal teaching practice of Jashan, focused on meditation, self-awareness, and living in harmony with oneself and the wider world. Its approach encourages people to turn attention inward, move beyond the need for external validation, and discover their own authentic expression. Jashan teaches core meditation principles and techniques, including ways to deepen awareness in everyday activities, reconnect with inner peace, and cultivate a lasting experience of presence. The practice also includes exercises and individual guidance intended to support personal transformation.

Alongside meditation, Jashan offers guidance on sacred masculinity, relationships, and expressing masculine and feminine energies while moving beyond patriarchal and matriarchal patterns. This work draws on his experience as a heterosexual man and stepfather, while recognizing that people with different experiences can offer guidance on their own paths. Jashan completed a five-year meditation teacher training program and has practiced daily for 15 years. The site also shares an Aum Drone audio track, created with his partner Mirimah, as supportive background sound for meditation.
