Japan Sri Lanka Technical and Cultural Association (JASTECA) is a prominent organization founded in 1984, comprising alumni of AOTS scholarships in Sri Lanka. JASTECA plays a vital role in fostering camaraderie among members and transferring Japanese technology and management expertise to Sri Lanka. Additionally, the association is dedicated to imparting Japanese language skills, promoting Japanese culture, and encouraging trade relations between Sri Lanka and Japan.

JASTECA offers a range of programs including the JASTECA AOTS Japanese Training Programmes, JASTECA Institute of Management (JIM), and Japanese Language Education Association (JLEA).
