Autism Meltdown Support is a private online community created to help families navigate autism meltdowns and other complex behaviors. Founded by Dr. Jalelah Abdul-Raheem, a PhD-prepared nurse and mother with AuDHD, the community combines specialized behavior guidance with real-world nursing experience and lived understanding. It is an official service of J Atifa RN Support Services, LLC.
Members can access practical strategies for managing meltdowns at home and school, along with judgment-free encouragement from parents who understand the challenges of caring for children with autism or complex needs. The community also offers monthly live connection calls and practical toolkits, including visual flowcharts and other resources.
Beyond the group, Autism Meltdown Support provides access to one-on-one consultations, books, and workbooks, as well as educational content through Dr. Jalelah Abdul-Raheem’s YouTube channel. Designed to make support easier to find and use, the service aims to help families feel less alone and better equipped with tools for everyday situations.
