Jaxani Veg Food Ltd is a UK-based vegetarian food company founded by Palak Chokshi in 2021. Its aim is to bring authentic Indian food to the community, with a particular focus on traditional Gujarati and African Gujarati dishes, as well as Gujarat-inspired street food. Based at 152–156 Kenton Road in Harrow, the company serves customers through several complementary food businesses.

Pradip offers sweets and savouries rooted in Indian food traditions and festival culture, while Pradip Catering provides food for weddings, community events and other occasions. Under the Vaghaar name, Jaxani operates a street food business and a pure vegetarian, multi-cuisine restaurant. The restaurant serves South and North Indian cuisines, with Rajasthani and Kathiyawadi dishes also planned. It caters to Jain diners and the growing vegan community. Jaxani’s wider vision includes expanding its food concepts to additional locations and serving fresh food with attentive customer service.
