Jaxon Dynamics is an environmental health science and consulting practice that helps communities and organizations understand and address environmental health challenges. Led by Dr. Crystal Lee Pow Jackson, a public health scientist and environmental toxicologist with more than a decade of experience across community, academic, and government sectors, the practice combines scientific expertise with collaboration and practical action.

Its services include science-based consulting on harmful substances, water and air quality, and public health risks. Jaxon Dynamics also supports community capacity building, helping organizations develop the knowledge, tools, and plans to lead lasting change. Grant development services include identifying funding opportunities and preparing proposals, while research and engagement work supports community-centered studies that can inform decisions and action.

The practice serves community groups, academic institutions, government agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations. Its approach begins with listening and works alongside partners to understand their goals, create plans, and pursue funding and results. Jaxon Dynamics aims to equip clients to move forward with confidence and greater independence.
