Jaxon's FROG Foundation

Jaxon’s F.R.O.G. Foundation is a San Antonio-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit inspired by Jaxon, a child who faced an aggressive brain tumor with courage and a joyful spirit. The foundation carries forward his legacy by supporting children with cancer and blood disorders, hospice patients, and families affected by childhood cancer loss. Its mission is to bring smiles, encourage families, support research, and help people “Fully Rely on God.”

The foundation’s programs provide practical and emotional support throughout the year. Spreading Smiles offers smile bags, gift cards, and Thanksgiving assistance. Hope for Hospice provides comfort bags with stuffed animals, art materials, sensory items, and uplifting music. Cure for Kids directs donations toward childhood cancer research, while Courageous Kids gives children “I Am Courageous” lions linked to music. Firefly creates opportunities for bereaved parents to gather, and Escape to Fun organizes outings for children and families.

The organization welcomes donations and new items, including art supplies, games, blankets, puzzles, and gift cards. Contributions support urgent needs or may be designated for a specific program.
