JB Solutions

JB Solutions is a financial consulting brand serving small and medium-sized businesses and startups in Kazakhstan, with remote support available across the country and beyond. Founded by Bagdat Zhaksygeldin, the firm helps business owners understand profitability, control cash flow, prepare for financing and make decisions using reliable figures. Its services include financial models, business plans for banks and Damu programs, due diligence before a business sale or investment, and outsourced financial director support.

JB Solutions also sets up management accounting and reporting, including profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheets and performance indicators. Additional offerings cover tax consulting, contract preparation, startup model reviews and interim crisis management. The firm provides clear project scopes, timelines and prices, beginning with a free 30-minute discussion to assess a client’s needs.

Work typically proceeds through diagnosis, an agreed plan, execution and handover, with explanations that enable clients to use the final documents and tools independently. The company also shares articles, prompts and practical finance resources for business owners
