JB SIM-Golf GbR brings golf indoors at its simulator venue in Ascheberg, in the Münsterland region of Germany. Founded by passionate golfers Marco Johns and Mats Büring, the business aims to make the sport accessible throughout the year, without weather disruptions or course closures. Its facility offers a relaxed, living-room-style setting where individuals, friends, families and groups can play independently, with space for up to four golfers and their equipment.

The simulator combines Uneekor technology with GSPro software to recreate famous golf courses and provide detailed shot analysis. Players can book sessions around the clock, seven days a week, choosing hourly options from one to four hours, as well as a ten-session package, gift vouchers and seasonal premium-customer benefits. The venue also hosts events and offers drinks, coffee, tea and snacks for purchase. Located at the INCA Technology Centre, the self-access facility provides convenient parking and booking-based entry.
