Jill Choate Basketry is a brand that specializes in unique and high-quality basket kits. With a passion for basket weaving, Jill Choate offers a wide range of basketry products and services. When it comes to shipping, Jill Choate Basketry aims to get your order to you within a week.

They offer shipping options through USPS priority and parcel select mail, as well as UPS ground shipping (excluding PO Boxes). At checkout, you can select the shipping method that suits your needs. Although there may be delays during peak holiday seasons or sales, they prioritize customer satisfaction and will do their best to accommodate specific delivery requests.

For international customers in Canada, Jill Choate Basketry also provides shipping via USPS international post and UPS. In terms of returns, the brand offers a 30-day blanket of error. If you encounter any issues with your kit, such as missing elements or incorrect quantities, they will rectify the situation at no additional cost.

After this period, free shipping no longer applies. If you decide to return a kit, you have 30 days to do so, with return shipping at your own expense. Once the returned kit is received in good order, you can expect a reimbursement within 60 days from the date of purchase.
