The Centre for Full Living, also known as the Jewish Senior Citizens’ Centre, is a registered charitable, non-profit organization serving seniors in Edmonton. It offers opportunities for connection, learning, creativity, physical activity and community involvement through a varied schedule of programs and events. Participants can take part in fitness and wellness classes, including yoga, tai chi, cardio and strength training, balance exercises, and movement classes, with some available in person or online.

Social and creative activities include choir rehearsals, crochet club and Mah Jongg lessons, while educational and cultural offerings range from Lunch & Learn sessions and talks on Kabbalah to courses exploring classical music and mathematics. The Centre also hosts community gatherings such as Sunday Club on Wednesday, and its crochet group donates handmade baby blankets and caps to welcome new arrivals in Edmonton. Many activities are open to members, with fees varying by program and some events offering different member and non-member rates
