JDOULAZ

JDOULAZ provides compassionate, non-medical end-of-life and palliative support for people living with life-limiting, terminal or age-related illness, and for their families. Its end-of-life doulas offer practical, emotional, spiritual and social care at home or in other settings, with support extending through death and bereavement. Services are tailored to each person’s needs, values and wishes, helping clients and loved ones navigate difficult decisions with greater understanding and continuity of care.

Support includes creating an end-of-life plan, sharing information about available choices, assisting with advance health directives and other essential documentation, and coordinating medical appointments, allied health visits and additional services. JDOULAZ also offers legacy planning, holistic after-death care at home, home vigils and cooling plate hire, as well as funeral and memorial planning, celebrations of life and celebrant services. The team respects clients’ spiritual beliefs and helps them stay connected with meaningful interests and community. Through empathetic guidance and personalised care, JDOULAZ aims to provide comfort and help ensure each person’s preferences are honoured.
