JeckDesk

JeckDesk is a cloud-based software platform designed to help carnival societies manage their clubs and spend less time on administration. A brand of Pixocom GmbH, it supports the digital organization of membership, events, communication and other day-to-day activities. The platform brings member records, contribution management, appointments, performances, news and newsletters together in one place, helping reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual mailing lists.

Integrated communication tools include message and email distribution, a calendar and push notifications through the JeckApp. Members can use the app to follow club news, events and group activity. JeckDesk also offers website updates and management of external contacts. The company says its service is cloud-based and designed to protect member information through encrypted data transmission and secure access controls, in line with GDPR requirements.

JeckDesk Ticketing lets societies sell event tickets through their own ticket shop, with payment processing, seating plans, individual seat selection and waiting lists. Ticketing can be used alongside the club-management software or independently.
