JEEX develops open-source tools that help real estate professionals turn floor plans into interactive 3D home tours. Its products are designed to let buyers explore a property online, view furnished interiors, and try different looks before arranging a visit. This can help agencies present new-build and renovation properties even when photographs or finished interiors are not yet available.

The JEEX workflow starts with a floor plan image. The studio recognises walls, doors, and windows to create the home’s geometry, which agents can review and correct. They can furnish the space and request interior changes in plain language, while buyers can explore their own variations. Tours can then be embedded directly on an agency’s website.

The web-based player offers five views: a 2D plan, 3D plan, orbit view, free walk, and guided tour. It can be added to websites through a custom element, script, or iframe. JEEX also provides a catalogue of furniture, lighting, finishes, and materials optimised for real-time web rendering.
