Jeff Schroeter

Jeff Schroeter is an Australian chef, restaurateur, culinary director, consultant and media personality with three decades of experience across hospitality. Raised in regional New South Wales, he has a strong connection to local produce and the farmers, producers and providores behind it. His career has taken him to Brisbane, Sydney, London, Switzerland and Manhattan, where he has led kitchens, owned restaurants and advised on restaurant openings and menu development.

Jeff works with brands, hospitality groups, wine and spirits companies, agencies and event producers as a culinary ambassador, advisor and partner. His services include restaurant consulting, culinary direction and private-chef experiences. Combining creative ambition with commercial insight, he helps develop menus and venues designed to deliver both memorable dining and sustainable profitability.
