Jelling Bedemand

Jelling Bedemand is a funeral service based in Jelling, serving families in Vejle, Give, Tørring and nearby areas. Led by Jette Holmgaard, the business offers personal guidance and one consistent contact person throughout the arrangements. With more than 20 years of experience, Jette helps families plan a dignified farewell shaped around the deceased’s life and the family’s wishes.

Services include planning funerals and cremations, arranging ceremonies, and advising on coffins, urns, children’s coffins and urns, hymns, death notices and personal tributes. Jelling Bedemand also handles practical matters such as death registration, applications for funeral assistance, documentation, and coordination with churches, crematoria, authorities and other partners. Coffins can be prepared with padding and interior details, and families receive a clear cost estimate before making decisions. Support is available from the first conversation through the ceremony and follow-up, including practical arrangements afterward. The service is designed to ease the burden on grieving families by managing details carefully while respecting their choices and providing compassionate, professional support.
