Jen Myhre Art

Jen Myhre Art is the independent art practice of a British Columbia-based, self-taught hyperrealism artist. Working across multiple mediums, Jen creates detailed original works that bring wildlife, human subjects, and mythic beings into vivid, tangible form. Her approach combines traditional hand-drawn and hand-painted techniques with contemporary image development, aiming to make imagined subjects feel as though they belong in the natural world.

The collection includes wildlife and portraiture, hyperreal studies, and a developing series titled The Natural History of Myth. This evolving exhibition presents mythic beings as if they were part of the natural world and is intended to be experienced as a complete body of work. Collectors can inquire about available original artworks and limited edition fine art prints, while private collection inquiries are welcomed directly. The site also features information about commissions and film and television work, alongside selected pieces from Jen’s existing body of work. Through her artwork, Jen invites viewers and collectors to engage with the observation, discipline, emotion, and hand-built detail behind each piece.
