Jen Rudin is an award-winning casting director, author, educator, and audition coach with a career spanning acting, casting, and talent representation. She began performing as a professional child actor at age eight and reopened Jen Rudin Casting in 2024 after leading animation departments at ICM and IAG. Her casting work spans film, television, theater, animation, voiceover, and advertising.
Earlier projects include Disney productions such as The Princess and the Frog, Chicken Little, The Incredibles, and Brother Bear, as well as campaigns for Verizon, Charmin, Porsche, and HomeGoods. She is a two-time recipient of the Casting Society of America’s Artios Award for animation feature casting. Through Jen Rudin Casting, she offers casting services and animation consulting, alongside coaching and classes that help performers strengthen auditions and navigate the entertainment industry.
Rudin is also the author of Confessions of a Casting Director: Help Actors Land Any Role with Secrets From Inside the Audition Room, published by HarperCollins, and hosts a podcast of the same name
