Jess doula

Jess Doula provides personalised pregnancy, birth and postpartum support to families on the Sunshine Coast. Founded by experienced doula Jess Carr-Walker, the practice aims to help mothers feel informed, confident and empowered to create a positive birth experience. Jess offers emotional, physical and educational support, drawing on her experience as a mother of four and her understanding that every family’s needs and birth plans are unique. She supports clients preparing for hospital or home births, including those navigating high-risk pregnancies, and works with both parents throughout the journey.

Services include personalised birth planning, where families explore their options and prepare for the experience they want; birth preparation and support, combining education with continuous guidance during labour; and a comprehensive birth and postpartum package that adds dedicated care in the early weeks after birth. Jess is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian, enabling her to support families from diverse backgrounds.
