Jesse Rose West

Jesse Rose West, known as Cosmic Cowgirl, offers coaching, retreats, workshops, and equine experiences focused on deepening connection with horses and personal growth. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, she takes a holistic approach that considers the body, mind, and spirit. Her human connection work helps individuals recognize self-limiting beliefs, while her equine connection practice uses embodiment and observation of horses’ nervous systems to interpret what an equine partner may be communicating.

For horse-and-rider pairs, West leads clinics for cocreation and coregulation, aiming to foster more harmonious relationships by addressing each pair’s distinctive dynamics. Her retreats and workshops combine somatic practices, mindfulness, and immersive activities to support self-discovery and offer a break from daily routines. She also speaks on topics including chakras, energy exchange, and movement through meditation. Through these services and events, Jesse Rose West brings together horsemanship and personal development, inviting clients to explore greater awareness, connection, and potential.
