Dr. Jessica Williams

Jessica Jamese is the professional platform of Dr. Jessica Jamese Williams, a Black feminist artist, educator, author, and leadership professional focused on authenticity, identity, and empowerment. Drawing on a decade-long career in higher education, Dr. J helps individuals and organizations work through discomfort that can hinder connection, engagement, belonging, and inclusion. She is CEO and co-owner of Golden Peaches, an empowerment-centered wellness resource offering coaching interventions for people and organizations.

Dr. Williams provides keynote speaking, workshops, leadership panels, diversity and intersectional identity training, coaching, writing, and dialogue moderation. Her work explores feminist and inclusive leadership, social identities, mental health and wellness, self-advocacy, shame, and authentic self-expression. She contributed “Black Surrender Within the Ivory Tower” to the anthology You Are Your Best Thing: Vulnerability, Shame and the Black Experience. Her workbook, Inviting Your Whole Self to the Table, offers interactive support for feeling empowered as oneself. Through her services and resources, Dr. J encourages people to celebrate identity and build more authentic, inclusive ways of engaging with others.
