Jess Jarmo

Jess Jarmo is a neurodivergent career coaching service that helps adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, and other neurodivergent traits pursue fulfilling and sustainable careers. Founded by Jess Jarmo, the practice draws on more than 18 years of recruitment experience, Jess’s education and human resources background, and personal experience with neurodivergence. Jess leads a team of coaches offering individualized guidance that recognizes each client’s strengths, needs, and way of thinking.

Services include one-to-one career coaching to identify suitable roles, explore career options, and clarify professional priorities. Coaches also support job searches, interview preparation, workplace communication, executive functioning, organization, time management, prioritization, accommodations, and long-term career development. The process begins with an assessment of a client’s goals, challenges, and strengths, followed by a personalized plan and ongoing coaching. Clients receive practical strategies, progress reviews, email guidance between sessions, and educational resources. Jess Jarmo’s approach focuses on actionable steps to help neurodivergent professionals navigate the job market, build confidence, and develop work practices that can be maintained over time.
