Jet Rescue Air Ambulance provides international medical flights and emergency air ambulance transportation, with a focus on Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The company helps patients facing a medical emergency while travelling arrange transport to a hospital of their choice or return home for care. Its team coordinates each journey from the initial call through arrival, and multilingual flight coordinators work with a local provider network to support the process. The company also assists patients in understanding their health insurance benefits and seeking eligible coverage for medical transportation.

Jet Rescue offers a membership for people hospitalized while travelling in Mexico, Central America, or the Caribbean. Membership includes transport home to a chosen hospital, with no trip-length limit; ground ambulance service in Mexico is also included. Individual, family, and 30-day trip plans are available. Jet Rescue states that it owns and operates an air ambulance fleet under a Mexican air operator certificate.
