Jetnet

Jetnet provides online account and email services for customers with accounts managed by the organisation. Its website offers JetMail users access to help for setting up their email accounts, along with webmail and account settings. Customers who have forgotten their password can request a reset through an online form, and account holders can sign in to manage their access.

The site also publishes service updates and operational notices. Past announcements describe a website redesign intended to improve usability, changes to SSL certificates used for mail access, and a brief service outage that was resolved. Jetnet encourages users to get in touch if they encounter problems or notice anything unusual. Its login process uses consent, security-token and session cookies, with information about their purposes presented to visitors. The website also links to a privacy policy. Overall, Jetnet’s online offering centers on email access and account support, with practical setup guidance, password assistance and updates about service availability.
