Jeugd3Daagse is a long-running summer event for primary school children in Aarle-Rixtel, Netherlands. Organised by a team of more than 25 enthusiastic volunteers, with support from dozens of adult and youth volunteers, it gives local children three days of sport, games and shared activities during the final week of the summer holiday. Activities take place on and around the grass field at De Dreef, and the organisers aim to create memorable experiences for the community’s young people.
In 2026, Jeugd3Daagse celebrates its 40th edition with festive activities and a festival theme. The event is scheduled for Tuesday 18 through Thursday 20 August. The website provides programme details for each day, information for parents and volunteer leaders, and ways to contact the organisers.
It also explains sponsorship opportunities and invites people to sign up as leaders or volunteers. Registration for children for the 2026 event has closed, but additional volunteers are still welcome. Visitors can also find the event’s Spotify playlist and links to its Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels
