Since 1 January 2024, two organisations, rondomJou and Kracht voor jeugd en gezin (Kracht), have coordinated youth care across different parts of the city. Together with local institutions and care providers, they work to connect young people and families with appropriate support, ranging from preventing problems to specialist care. Their approach considers the needs of each neighbourhood and aims to bring relevant help closer to residents. Support can take the wider family into account, including parents, carers, brothers and sisters who may also need assistance.

The website helps residents find out which provider serves their area through a postcode checker. It also offers answers to common questions, information about changes to youth care, and guidance for people with questions, problems or complaints, including information about their rights. Professionals can access dedicated resources, such as an information kit and details about school social work.
