About JFJustice
JFJustice, also known as Journalists for Justice (JFJ), is a not-for-profit foundation registered in The Hague. They are dedicated to advancing African journalistic capacity for social justice causes and accountability. With a focus on training and effective online platforms and social media engagement, JFJustice strives to provide reliable and usable information to help citizens understand and define justice.
Their mission is to call out impunity wherever it occurs, advocate for justice for all victims of atrocity crimes, and collaborate with individuals who share their values. They aim to transform how citizens perceive and demand justice by catalyzing their agency and providing them with comprehensive knowledge of global justice systems. Established in 2011 as a project by the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), JFJustice started in Kenya and has since expanded to Senegal, Cote dβIvoire, Mali, The Gambia, Burundi, Uganda, and the Central African Republic.
Through media training, advocacy, content development, and dissemination, JFJustice empowers victims of atrocity crimes by giving them a voice and fighting for their rights. Join JFJustice's mission by subscribing to their newsletter and staying informed about their impactful work
