Each city operates as its own store, with local pricing, currency and delivery windows. Customers can choose from a shared catalogue of more than 1,100 bouquets and arrangements, including roses, seasonal flowers, boxed designs and signature collections. The selection is made using flowers available at local markets, so bouquets reflect what is fresh in each destination.

Orders are hand-tied by florists in local ateliers, with same-day delivery available in participating cities. Before dispatch, the florist sends a photo of the exact bouquet for approval. Customers can request changes, and JFLOO says it will remake the bouquet free of charge if the photo is not right. Customers can also follow order updates from the atelier through delivery and receive confirmation when the flowers are handed over. The catalogue includes add-ons such as greeting cards, macarons, cakes and cupcakes.
