Joylette Hudson is a counselling practice focused on renewing minds and restoring hope. Led by a qualified therapist, the practice offers a safe, supportive space for people to talk through personal challenges, reflect on their thoughts and feelings, and work towards regaining perspective and a stronger sense of self. Joylette is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association of Christian Counsellors, and follows the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling.

The counselling approach is warm, flexible, sensitive, relational and non-judgmental. Sessions are intended to help clients explore the issues affecting them and consider ways to move forward, particularly when life feels emotionally or mentally exhausting. The practice provides counselling through Bedford Consulting Rooms and offers online support. Joylette also shares blog articles on topics including motivation, communication and taking steps forward. Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday evenings and on Saturday mornings; the practice is closed on Mondays and Sundays. People can enquire by phone or email.
