Jim Geckler Consulting provides guidance to professionals, organizations, and families across the behavioral health and substance use treatment continuum. Drawing on 25 years of experience, Jim Geckler advises clients on practical next steps, whether they are developing a program, navigating a leadership transition, planning a career move, or seeking appropriate support for a loved one.

Services for professionals include executive mentorship, career planning, board relations, professional introductions, and guidance in organizational and budget management. For treatment programs, nonprofits, and privately held companies, consulting can cover organizational structure, strategic planning, leadership transitions, organizational support, and program development and launch. Families and individuals can receive help with recovery support, treatment selection, and communicating about care.

Geckler’s experience spans intervention, residential and outpatient treatment, sober living, and case-managed recovery. He has held leadership roles at organizations including Onsite Workshops, Harmony Foundation, Caron Foundation, and Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, and has served with NAATP, TPAS, and Barney Recovery.
