Ateliér JinýRozměr is an architecture and interior design studio based in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. Founded in 2011 by architects Lukáš Švejda and Hana Němčáková, the practice provides comprehensive design services, from initial studies to complete project documentation. Its approach combines contemporary architectural thinking with close attention to each client’s requirements, rather than following trends.
The studio designs residential, commercial and public buildings, as well as interiors and furnishings. Its services include planning new buildings and their surrounding spaces, designing interiors, adapting homes and apartments for renovation or new uses, documenting existing buildings, and advising clients considering the purchase of a property or building plot. The team also provides engineering and project coordination services.
Its experience spans a range of building types, including homes, offices, storage facilities, restaurants, wellness spaces and spa operations. Since 2022, the studio has used BIM standards in its project work. It also presents and sells selected products from TON, AMPLLA and JAVORINA, and collaborates with MOJELAMPA.
