Jiu Jitsu Academy KOHNERT is a long-established martial arts school in Hagen-Haspe, welcoming beginners and experienced students of all ages in a respectful, family-friendly setting. The academy has taught martial arts for more than five decades, with programs designed to develop fitness, confidence, discipline, and technical skill.
Its offerings include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Gi and No-Gi formats, traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Judo, grappling, and self-defense. Children’s classes are tailored to different stages, starting with Bambini sessions for ages three to five, followed by programs for children and teens. Adults can build skills through regular Gi, No-Gi, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu training, while a Women Only course introduces women to Jiu Jitsu and self-defense in a beginner-friendly environment.
