Jiujitsu4Good

Jiu-Jitsu 4 Good is a social initiative of the Athlas Training Team that supports children in communities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Its mission is to empower and inspire young people, particularly those facing challenging circumstances, by using Jiu-Jitsu to create opportunities that reach beyond sport. The project encourages values such as respect, discipline, and resilience while helping children develop athletic skills and imagine a brighter future.

Jiu-Jitsu 4 Good envisions participants progressing in the sport as high-level athletes or instructors, and potentially establishing their own Jiu-Jitsu academies. The initiative also highlights education and pathways to becoming a coach or fighter as ways to build new perspectives and help keep children off the streets.

The organization invites supporters to contribute through monthly or one-time donations, take part in events, volunteer, and share its mission. Monthly contributions help provide ongoing resources and opportunities for children. Through community support and collective action, Jiu-Jitsu 4 Good seeks to make a lasting, positive impact on young people and their communities.
