About JJA MUSIC
Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble is a dynamic jazz orchestra founded in 2018 by Lithuanian composer Jievaras Jasinskis and Liutauras Janušaitis. Led by Jievaras Jasinskis, the ensemble is dedicated to international projects and collaborations, showcasing their passion for jazz music. Their debut album American Stories, released in 2022 on Spotify, captures the essence of their unique sound.
This album features original compositions by Jievaras Jasinskis and renowned Lithuanian saxophone player Liutauras Janušaitis. With an LP set to be released in 2023, the ensemble continues to push musical boundaries, captivating audiences with their innovative approach to jazz. Currently, Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble is recording their highly anticipated second album, Deadly Dance, which is slated for release in 2023.
This album will showcase compositions by Jievaras Jasinskis, Dorotėja Būdaitė, and Liutauras Janušaitis.
