JJ’s Boxing & Wrestling is a fitness and combat-sports training gym in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, founded by coach Jerome Jansen. The gym offers boxing and wrestling programs for youth and adults, welcoming beginners as well as experienced athletes in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Its training focuses on strength, fitness, technique, discipline, confidence, and personal growth.

Options include adult and youth group classes, a USA Wrestling youth club, sports training, private fitness lessons, and one-on-one coaching. Boxing sessions use expert-led circuit training and skills instruction; wrestling programs develop ability and character on the mat. Small-group classes and trainer-led parties are also available. The coaching team includes Golden Gloves fighters, college-level wrestlers, and military veterans with professional MMA experience, with safety and technique emphasized.

JJ’s offers monthly boxing memberships, drop-in classes, wrestling sessions, and private lessons of 30 or 60 minutes. Gloves are available to rent, and wraps can be purchased. The gym is located at 1323 W Main St and operates by appointment Monday through Saturday, closing Sunday.
