Karate Dojo Niedernhausen

Karate Dojo Niedernhausen e.V. is a karate club dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate-Do. Its approach develops both body and mind, with attention to the etiquette and conduct that are part of the practice. The dojo welcomes students at different stages of life and experience, offering special Bonsai groups that introduce children from the age of seven to karate, as well as training for older children, teenagers and adults. Its trainers have comprehensive training and aim to adapt instruction to participants’ ages, abilities and needs.

Beyond its classes, the club provides information about karate as a martial art, the dojo and its community. Visitors can consult the training schedule, dates and reports, and learn about the club’s history, trainers and leadership. The website also offers practical resources, including an enrolment form, directions and contact details. Guided by the motto “Develop the spirit of effort,” Karate Dojo Niedernhausen presents karate as a continuing practice that combines physical training, mental development and respectful behaviour.
